The New York State Technology Academy provides a broad range of strategic services to achieve training needs through the use of technology. Services available include free computer training rooms, e-learning, and eLearning Authoring tool, and training coordination.

Each state agency designates an Information Technology and a Training/HR liaison to the Technology Academy. Liaisons provide input and coordinate the use of academy services for their agencies.

In addition to the courses available through the Technology Academy, CIO/OFT offers Telephony Education and Training (PDF 108KB), and a Project Management Mentoring Program (PMMP).
